Your business performance can be measured in many different ways and each business will have its own challenges. The most obvious is how to improve bottom-line profitability and cash-flow.

There are however many other metrics that may need improvement and each may contribute to your bottom line in different ways but are all interrelated such as - Increasing revenues and turnover, improving customer satisfaction, optimising cost management, pricing and discounting, product and service mix, new channels to market and staffing to list a few.

One of the most significant issues I see are businesses looking to scale in a non-congruous way, in other words, scaling the business unconnected to the existing successful business, for example, bringing in new unrelated products and services, targeting an entirely new unrelated customer demographic, or selling products and services with a completely different brand identity. Any of the above might be very valid scaling and growth strategies but must be considered carefully.

People

Your people are one of your most important assets. They can make or break a company. Whether that means having the right skills in place, dealing with customers in the right way or just plain productivity challenges.

Over time many businesses evolve and grow organically hiring new staff, whether permanent, salaried or temporary/freelance. This can lead to poorly optimised resourcing, hitting your bottom line badly. Having a business coach will provide a fresh set of eyes looking for duplication, under-utilisation and general sub-optimised resourcing.

  • Sessions are carried out over zoom or in-person in London.

  • Digital and print copy of the 32 page Kinetic framework.

  • Ability to reschedule coaching sessions with 24 hours notice, at no charge.

  • Guarantee that, if, after two sessions, you are not happy I will refund 50% of your investment.
